Why wouldn't you go green?

With every meal, or at least dinner, because that's when we tend to overeat the most, try making at least half of your plate green. Whether it's vegetables, salad, spinach, it doesn't matter, it's all (literally) good!
The more fiber and the more green you are eating the better! Also, the darker the better. For example, Romaine lettuce has more nutrition than Iceberg lettuce.
