The best time to get started...

We always make excuses when it comes to our health and fitness.

Whether it's midterms, pledging, bf/gf problems, family problems, being busy with work etc., etc., etc., blah, blah, blah.

Stop making excuses.

That's too easy. So many people makes excuses and that's why so many people are overweight and wishing...

There is no such as wishing. Or trying.

Do! Or don't do.

Find a lifestyle you can stick to and find an accountability partner that REALLY cares about your success. Otherwise, it's too easy to say, "Screw it, I'm starting tomorrow!"

That tomorrow will never come.

The best time to get started is right NOW!
